Corporate learning focuses exclusively on training adults and as we all know by now, adults learn in a completely different context than children. How, specifically, is adult learning different and what does that mean for how we should teach? For those new to adult learning, this course will introduce learners to the core ideas of andragogy and what they mean for the way we should be teaching.
