Objectives analysis template

In order to influence behavior at work, a learning program must specifically address behaviors.  The only way a learning program can address behaviors is if those behaviors are thoroughly understood.  This cannot be done with a handful of high level learning objectives.  It requires a full breakdown of behavioral objectives into their parts and subparts.  This template provides a structured format for documenting your behavioral analyses.  The template is pre-populated with an example to provide greater direction in its proper use.
