When it comes to learning solutions, how do we know what “good” looks like? Without a good answer to this question, it is almost impossible to ensure consistent quality among a learning team. It also makes it harder to produce effective learning solutions. Instructional Design models are indispensable but offer no guidance in this area. This course introduces a learning standards framework that can be used to help guide the build and evaluation of learning solutions and to keep an L&D team aligned.
