How to uncover what’s really impeding performance
Our stakeholders are experts in their business areas, not in L&D. We can’t always count on them to know what is most needed to get the performance gains they want. They rely on us to help find the right strategy. If we fail to do that, a lot of time and energy can be wasted putting the wrong solution in place, which reflects poorly on everyone. Doing this requires tact and a certain set of skills.
In this power session, we give L&D professionals the skills to tactfully find the true need behind the request. We introduce BCL’s Whole Person Learning framework, which gives you a structured approach for examining all of the most critical factors affecting human performance in the workforce.
Diagnosing performance problems is a critical skill that all service-oriented L&D professionals need to best serve the business and deliver solutions that move the needle on performance improvement.
