If you’re a highly experienced instructional designer in the adult learning arena with a deep understanding of learning psychology, an innovative mindset, and strong client and team management skills, this is the position for you.

Do you like designing unique learning solutions that use high impact teaching strategies and innovative technology to help people do better work? If so, this position may be for you. You’ll dig into each client’s business needs, figure out their true behavioral objectives, come up with practical and impactful learning strategies to achieve them, and bring those ideas to life in scripts and storyboards. If you’re a maker with strong writing skills, a team-orientation, and a desire to create things that achieve what they aspire to, this position may be a fit.

If a custom learning solution looks amazing but is delivered too late or over budget, is it really amazing? If “no” is your answer, then we need you on our project management team. You’ll help project teams create timelines and budgets that strike the right balance between their aspirations and the practical limitations. You’ll manage the timeline and budget, keep the client apprised, flag and help to manage unexpected changes, and help each team member to optimize their time and effort. If you’re super organized, love spreadsheets and gantt charts, and breathe a sigh of satisfaction when a plan fits together, you’ll love this position.
