Workshop

Learn how to find out what your learning programs accomplished.

We all hope that our learning solutions achieve their desired outcomes. But it’s not always clear how to determine whether they have. Much of what we are trying to achieve happens outside of our frame of view, like in someone’s mind or out in the workplace. Further, even if we can observe those things, how certain are we they can be attributed to instruction? This course will help you wade through these things and give you practical tools you can use to evaluate your learning programs.

Audience:

People who run L&D projects

Your people will learn how to:

Explain the major evaluation frameworks
Explain the practical limitations of evaluation
Measure things that happen in the mind (recall, understanding, problem-solving, etc.)
Measure things that happen in the workplace
